All products sold by Gioletta Lab are made to order. Because of this:

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen

• Sizes may have minor tolerances

• Mockups are for illustrative purposes only

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment must be completed before an order is fulfilled.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimated and may vary due to production, carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.
