At Gioletta Lab, we work with print-on-demand partners to create each product especially for you. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all countries within Europe.

Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Europe: 2–6 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the products ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, Gioletta Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hola@giolettalab.com within 30 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
